Day 10
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?" Psalm 56:3-4
"But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:20-21
Day 11
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10
"Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful." Colossians 4:2
"His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires." 2 Peter 1:3-4
These are my thoughts on these passages. What are yours?

I love the passage that says "be still and know that I am God..." I think that is what is wrong with us so much of the time is that we do not take the time to meditate on God's awesomeness (if that is a word). To reflect on what He has done for us and the blessings that we have or to just simply praise Him!
