I figured out this past week that I have a new found allergy to dogs...........Yes, you heard me right! I have three dogs so this is going to be tricky! I have had such trouble with my sinuses and sneezing constantly for the last several weeks. While on vacation I noticed that I cleared up completely and did not need any allergy medication the whole time. However, as soon as I got to Rhonda's and went down stairs to pick up my furry babies it all came back to me! I have banned them all from the bedroom side of the house. There is a lovely little gate in the hallway keeping them out. I asked the nurse about it this morning and she said that your histamines react differently when you are pregnant. Yay! Funny story......we bought a dresser for the nursery and it is beautiful. Our furry babies were staying the the office during the day (which will be the nursery) even though I did not think it was a good idea. As I was trying to eliminate the hair in that side of the house I notice these marks all over the top of the dresser......Hmmmmmm..........They look strangely like little paw prints and nose smears. What is this I ask myself???? So I call for a second opinion and my suspicions are confirmed!!!! My two little rascals had been climbing up on the chair, making their way to the top of the desk and jumping onto the top of the dresser!!!!!!! What were they thinking??? Luckily, their nails did not scratch up the top of the dresser. Otherwise, I would have really been ticked and they might have been living outside!!! Those little monkeys just better be glad I love them so much!!!!
I had my 10 week doctor appointment today and everything looks great! I have officially graduated from the fertility clinic and can now start seeing a regular OB. Yay!!!! No more driving to Columbus. The little one is definately a mover. If it keeps this trend I am in for lots of kicking in my future. It was really exciting to see how much the baby has grown in two and a half weeks. It kept streching out its skinny little legs and then scrunching them up over and over. It was really amazing!!! Cameron did not get to see because he had a doctor appointment in Opelika. So sad! I do not go back until I am 16 weeks and we should be able to find out what we are having at that time. Just over 5 weeks to go!!!!! Will it be a boy or will it be a girl?!?!?
The head is on the left and you can see the little hands sticking out.
Hope you all have a wonderful week!!! XOXO
